These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sam — Cart Offers & Rewards ("Sam", "the app"), provided by Jodax ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using Sam, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't install or use the app.
Sam is a Shopify app that lets merchants create cart offers, reward ladders, and storewide sales — including thresholds, discounts, free shipping, free gifts, and promotional messaging. Sam runs on the Shopify platform and works alongside your store's existing setup.
To use Sam you must have a Shopify store and agree to Shopify's own terms. You're responsible for your Shopify account, for keeping it secure, and for the activity that happens on your store through the app.

Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system according to the price and billing cycle shown at the time you subscribe, and are subject to any free-trial terms offered. Because billing runs through Shopify, charges, refunds and cancellations are handled in line with Shopify's billing processes. You can cancel a paid plan at any time by downgrading or uninstalling the app; your access to paid features ends at the close of the current billing period.
You agree not to misuse the app — including not attempting to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or disrupt Sam or the systems it runs on, and not using it to display unlawful, misleading, or harmful content to your shoppers.
Sam, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Jodax. These Terms don't transfer any ownership of the app to you. You keep ownership of your own store content and the offers you create.
We work to keep Sam available and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, improve, or change the app and its features over time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above.
Sam is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the app will meet every requirement or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or guarantees you have under applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law) that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jodax will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Sam. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can stop using Sam at any time by uninstalling it from your store. We may suspend or end access to the app if these Terms are breached or if required for legal or security reasons. On uninstall, your shop's stored data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be dealt with under Australian law.
