Kate runs entirely on your device. We don't collect your data, show ads, or require an account — your images and patterns never leave your phone. Kate is free to download and try; a one-time purchase (no subscription) unlocks printing and exporting. That's it.
By downloading or using Kate ("Kate," "the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Kate lets you create diamond-painting patterns from your own images, for your personal use. The patterns you make are yours to use and print as you like. Please don't use Kate to create patterns from images you don't have the right to use.
Kate is free to download and use for building and previewing patterns. A one-time in-app purchase (not a subscription) unlocks printing and exporting your patterns. Purchases are handled by Google Play, and Google's terms and refund policies apply.
Kate is provided "as is." We work hard to make it reliable and test it on real devices, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every purpose. Printed results depend on your own printer and settings.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jodax is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Kate. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Kate after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Nothing. Kate has no account, no sign-up, no analytics, and no ads. We don't collect, store, or transmit your personal data.
Everything happens on your device. The images you import and the patterns you create stay on your phone or tablet — they are never uploaded or sent anywhere.
Kate only asks for what it needs to let you pick an image and to save or print your patterns. It does not use your network connection to send your data anywhere.
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play, which is subject to Google's own privacy policy. Kate itself shares nothing with any third party.
